We are building a portfolio of 23 vacation rentals across three distinctive areas of north-west Sicily: the medieval lanes of Cefalù old town, the coastal Marina district, and the mountain village of Gratteri in the Madonie. Every property is chosen for character, comfort, and a sense of place — then restored with the same care we bring to our commercial developments in Poland.

A whole historic townhouse in the heart of Cefalù old town, just a few metres from the Cathedral. Two generous double bedrooms, a self-catering kitchen, and a rooftop terrace with morning light over the rooftops. Step outside and you are in the thick of it - the fish market, the lanes, the Lungomare. Ideal for any family who wants to be at the beating heart of Cefalù.

Behind the famous Le Calette Hotel, with sweeping views of the Marina, the Kalura tower and the coast. Seventeen apartments - from intimate studios to family units - around a shared pool, mandarin garden, and sun terrace. Twenty minutes' walk or a short bike ride from the old town, with complimentary e-bikes for guests. Suitable for groups of up to 40.
Discesa Belvedere, Gratteri
A stone townhouse in the medieval village of Gratteri, 15 km from Cefalù at an elevation of 700 metres, with sweeping views of the Bay of Palermo. Cool mountain air, thick stone walls, and a pace of life that the coast forgot. Walk to the village piazza for espresso, or drive fifteen minutes to the beach. For those who want to be far from the maddening crowd.
Discesa Belvedere, Gratteri
A stone townhouse in the medieval village of Gratteri, 15 km from Cefalù at an elevation of 700 metres, looking out over the Madonie mountains and the coast below. Cool mountain air, thick stone walls, and a quiet you will not find on the coast in high summer. The village piazza is a few minutes' walk, the beach a fifteen-minute drive.
